Extrusion paving boards are made through PE paving board extruder process. The production cycle of extrusion molding is shorter and the output is higher. Extruded paving boards are mainly processed from polymer materials such as polyethylene (PE).

PE paving board extruder process: Polyethylene resin and other raw materials are added to the hopper of the extruder. Inside the extruder, the screw will push the raw materials forward.

Heat certain amount of thermoplastic in an extruder to a flowing state, and use the screw to extrude PE into a continuous long strip material. Then, these materials will enter the holes of the product model through the mold mouth, and be cooled and solidified to form shape.

PE paving board extruder: The raw materials are mixed, melted, extruded and other processes, and the melted PE material is extruded into shape through an extruder. The formed PE paving board has certain shape and size.

The PE paving board extruder process requires controlling the extrusion speed, temperature, pressure, etc. to ensure the quality of the PE paving board.

Cooling cutting machine process: After extruder molding is completed, the PE paving board needs to be cooled.water cooling is used to reduce the surface temperature of the PE paving board. After cooling, cutting is carried out to cut the PE paving board into the required specifications.
