PE paving board extrusion line processing:
Plastic raw material preparation: High quality polyethylene particles are selected as raw materials, which undergo strict screening and drying treatment.
Mixer granulation: Mix the dried polyethylene particles with various additives (such as fillers, modifiers, etc.) evenly, and use an extrusion mechanism to form particles.
Melt extrusion of PE road mat machine: The mixed particles are fed into an extruder, heated to a molten state, and mixed by a screw to form a plastic melt.
Molding cooling of PE paving board extrusion line: The melt passes through the mold and is molded inside the mold by pressure, forming the initial shape of the PE board. Then quickly cool and solidify into shape.
Cutting machine of PE paving board extrusion line: The cooled PE board is cut to the required size using cutting equipment.
