PP hollow grid board production line

PP hollow grid board production line processing:

1. Raw material: PP food grade material is used to ensure that the board is safe ,before start production, PP material need to pre-treatment according to drying and mixing

2. Extrusion: after pre-treatment, the raw materials are sent into the extruder. In the extruder, the raw material is heated and melted, and then extruded through mold

3. Mold: the design of the mold determines the shape, specifications, and thickness of the hollow board. By adjusting the mold, PP hollow grid board of different sizes and shapes can be produced.

4. PP Hollow grid structure formation: during the extrusion process, multiple layers of materials can be extruded through special mold design to form hollow grid structure. This structure makes the hollow board lightweight and high-strength.

5. Cooling and shaping: the extruded hollow board needs to be cooled with cooling water to prevent deformation, after cooling, the hollow board enters the shaping area and is pulled and shaped by shaping device to ensure the shape stability of the product.

6. Cutting machine: cut the finalized hollow grid board according to customer requirements

 PP hollow grid board is also named hollow grid board, corrugated board, double wall board, it is new material with hollow structure light weight.
