PVC marble board

PVC marble board production line is consist of mixer ,conical twin screw extruder, T shaped extrusion mold, three rollers calendering and film covering mold, roller cooling device, edge trimming device, haul off machine, automatic cutting machine, automatic unloading device.

PVC marble board production line information:

1. PVC powder and other additives need to be mixed

2. Feed mixed material into conical twin screw extruder to melt with high temperature and pressure to form sheet

3. The extrusion sheet enter T shaped extrusion mold for shaping

4. The PVC marble board is calendered by three rollers calender to make surface smooth and flat

5. the PVC sheet is going into roller cooling device

6. After cooling,the edge trimming device is used to remove burrs on the sheet

7. Haul off machine send the sheet to the cutting machine

PVC marble board has been widely used in various filed,such as construction and decoration,such as interior decoration,interior wall painting, art photo,landscape decoration, office/hospital/school/hotel decoration etc.
