Tire grinding machine

Tire press machine (tread press machine)
Uniformly press the tread rubber onto the tire body through air pressure or hydraulic pressure, eliminating any air gaps,Can effectively eliminate the air between the tread and the tire body. It is also divided into vertical tire press, horizontal tire press, and CNC tire press.
CNC models can accurately control pressure and tension distribution
Vulcanization tank is used to perform high-temperature vulcanization on tires with installed tread, so as to firmly bond the tread and tire body together. It is divided into two types: electric heating and steam heating. The electric heating vulcanization tank has good performance.
